Privacy Policy
Effective date: November 1, 2026
This policy explains what information Gray Guard Home Services (“we”, “us”) collects through grayguardhomeservices.com and how we use it.
Information you give us
When you fill out a form on this site we collect what you enter, which depending on the form can include:
- Your name, phone number, and email address
- Your service address (street, city, state, ZIP)
- The service or special you are asking about, and any details or notes you add
With each submission we also record the date and time, your IP address, and your browser type. We use these to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
- To respond to your request: to call or email you, give you a quote, and schedule and perform service.
- Submissions are stored in our private business system and emailed to our office at [email protected] so we can follow up.
- We use Google Workspace for business email and Google Calendar to schedule appointments. If we schedule an appointment with you, your appointment details are kept on our calendar and you may receive a calendar invitation by email.
We use your information only to respond to your request and serve you as a customer. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Service providers
- Cloudflare sits in front of this website as a hosting proxy. Visits to the site pass through Cloudflare, which helps protect it from attacks. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security cookies.
- Google provides our business email and calendar (Google Workspace). This site also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers when a page loads.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies, analytics, and tracking
This site does not use analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social media widgets, and the site itself does not set cookies.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep your information as long as we need it to respond to you and keep records of work we do for you. You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you at any time. We will delete it unless we must keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This site is meant for adults arranging home services. It is not directed to children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
